Return Policy/Procedure
We at Hi-Tech Mobile Distributors sell only top quality name brand merchandise, we do however, understand that even brand new products may have issues. We offer a 30 day warranty on all products. We will take your item back for a replacement or refund. An exchange for a higher priced product is possible if buyer pays the difference. Please note: while an item may seem defective, in many cases we are able to resolve the issue without sending the product back. Please email our knowledgeable support team at [email protected] and we will do our utmost to resolve it. In line with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we will accept items back for a refund / exchange within 30 days of delivery, if item is not as described or defective. We will accept returns if item is not compatible, as expected or not favorable. Items unused and unopened will be refunded minus shipping charges. Items used and or opened are subject to a restocking fee.
